This property is equipped with a Sonos sound system, allowing you to enjoy music throughout the home using the Sonos app.

Getting Connected

Before getting started, please ensure your phone or tablet is connected to the property Wi-Fi network shown in your Property Compendium.

 

Download the Sonos app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and open the app.

​

When prompted, select the option to join or connect to an existing Sonos system/network. The app should automatically locate the Sonos system at the property while you are connected to the property Wi-Fi.

Please do not create a new Sonos system, factory reset any speakers, or change the property's existing Sonos settings.

 

Playing Music

Once connected, the Sonos app will display the available speakers or rooms within the property.

​

You can use the app to:

• Choose a room – Select the room or speaker where you would like your music to play.

• Group rooms – Play the same music across multiple rooms at the same time.

• Control playback – Play, pause, skip or return to the previous track.

• Adjust volume – Control the volume of an individual room or grouped rooms.

• Browse & Search – Find music through the available music services and content sources.

• View Now Playing – See and control what is currently playing throughout the property.

 

Using Your Own Music Services

Depending on the service and Sonos setup, you may be able to play music using your preferred streaming service or directly from a compatible device.

Please remember to sign out of any personal music accounts you have logged into before checking out.

Having Trouble Connecting?

First, confirm that your device is connected to the property Wi-Fi, as the Sonos system may not be visible while using mobile data or another network.

​

Close and reopen the Sonos app and allow a few moments for the existing system to appear.

​
