This apartment is brand new to the holiday letting pool as of April 2019; we’re certainly glad the owner has decided to share this gem with the rest of us - however we understand why they kept it for themselves- it’s just a stunning example of luxury apartment living. Located on the first floor there is a heated spa on the expansive balcony. The sliding doors open up creating a huge living area overlooking one of Australia’s most famous marinas.
Being located on the marina has many benefits including the fact that you can walk everywhere from here- however a complimentary 4 seater golf buggy is included with the property.
Being a large one level apartment it’s perfect for young families or the elderly- there aren’t many properties on Hamilton island without stairs- let alone properties of this standard!
This apartment was completely rebuilt after cyclone Debbie in March 2017- complete with a brand new enormous kitchen that compliments the apartment perfectly.
